Enterprise Leiden Fund, or ELF, is an early phase pre-seed loan that can enable you to further develop and finance your idea. In addition, ELF offers help to set up a fully-fledged business plan. Are you a suitable candidate?

• You are an entrepreneur, motivated and ambitious
• You are eager to start a new company, or to develop an existing initiative into a full-fledged company
• Your start-up idea has both a commercial and social impact
• You have recently graduated or will do so shortly
• You want to invest in yourself
• You have a business plan.
