LEH and UNIIQ close investment in Exit071 B.V.
16 February 2022, LEH and UNIIQ invest a total of € 350,000 in Exit071 B.V. a new business based in Leiden which is developing new techniques for the analysis of exosomes for diagnostic and therapeutic applications.
Exosomes are nanosized particles made by all cells to send messages to each other. Exosomes give a snapshot of the health or disease of organs and are present in all body fluids, so provide huge potential for non-invasive diagnostics in fields such as pre-natal, oncology or lung disease.
